Why did Obito turn Evil? Because a boulder fell on his Head!

In Naruto, it has become an ancient tradition to introduce the final bosses via a flashback. This anime shows is filled with many flashbacks. Usually, they seem pointless. However, all the anime characters Kishi slightly alluded to have showed up at the final battle. They are making the veterans of the First Ninja war fight the new generation. As for Obito, the creator of Naruto made certain that we thought he was dead. During his terrible agony, Obito wished that the ninja world was no more. Needless to say, Obito did survive. He survived his terrible accident and plotted against the whole ninja world.

Dragon Spirit Nintendo Games Review

Dragon Spirit is among the hardest Nintendo games I ever played. Seriously, people! The game itself is kinda weird. You start off as the Blue Dragon. If you win, then you play in hard mode. If you loose, then you play as the son of the Blue Dragon. Basically, you raise a sword to the sky and you become a super cool Dragon. I think you have to defeat an evil wizard or something. The boss battles themselves are really hard. You sorta have to collect powers as you go along.

Super Mario Bros. Nintendo Game

To be honest, the Super Mario Bros. Nintendo game was the last one I played of the series. This game always felt a bit long around the edges. It took forever to get no where. The transition between worlds was as bit iffy. In comparison to the 3rd part, you did not have too much control of over going from World to World. The castles where at least harder. If I remember correctly, I think this game did not have the flying racoons form. It did however have the flower power and star power. I liked that flower power a lot. It at least was better than nothing.

Much ado About the 2012 Presidential Elections

Normally, I try to avoid politics. It is a sour topic that not everyone enjoys. Plus, those that do enjoy politics are usually sour, old crones (that can't take a joke). In any case, I come to the conclusion that God does not want the Republicans to win this year. Think about it, he sent freaking Hurricane Isaac to delay the Republicans Convention in Tampa. Many flights where cancelled. Needless to say, not all the seats in the audience where filled. Now that Obama ,at least, knows how to put on a Good show. These Republicans are so old... so boring. I would liked them better if they would put on a good show from time to time.

Red Runner

Red Runner,
This gunner
Knows no honor.

Red Father,
He will make
All of you goners.
His aim goes far.
His blows strike hard.

His line of sight will be
Your final mistake.

Oh! Red Gunner,
He will make
Us all goners.

He is my brother,
My friend and only father.
This life grows harder
As his aim grows sharper.

Your final day is today!
Say “hello” to Samael
In Hell!!
Where you will dwell!
Till the end of days…

Happy is the Man (Version 1)
by Teresita Blanco
Happy is the man
Who knows only sorrows.
Yet, his perdition lies
In a single ray,
A single ray of hope.

Let he who is without sin,
Bring forth maledictions.

Lift the cross
From our backs,
And take the thorns
From my heart.

Happy is the man
Who awakens in horror,
From the nightmare
Of tomorrow.

Let he who is sin
Bring forth the spring.

Lift the sword,
From my chest.
I cannot… I cannot
Phantom a happy tomorrow
Beyond this valley of sorrow.

I’ll be seeing you tonight
by Teresita Blanco

It may come as a surprise,
But I am seeing you tonight.
Leave the door opened.

Let our bodies be confused,
Let our souls be fused.
I’ll be seeing you tonight.

Shadow
by Teresita Blanco

I’ve grown tired
Of my own life.
Even my own shadow
Is repugnant to me.

This thing, this curse
Craws behind me!
How I envy it.

I step on it,
And it does not flinch.
I spit on it,
And it does not hiss.

Nay, it never quivers.
It never shivers.
It is my only forever.

Nay, even should I die,
If the skin
Be taken, eaten.
If my bones
Where left rotten,
Exposed, still, still…

My shadow would remain whole.
Dangling from my old core.
Hiding inside my empty cranium.

I tasted your warm breath.

Sins Unforgiving
by Teresita Blanco

Sometimes I forget
How to breathe,
Sometimes I forget
My own name.

It grows harder
And harder today
To make some
Miserable gain.

As our pockets dry
And the bread hardens.
I see them drain,
The last drop
From our veins.

Their sins cannot
Be forgiven by
The few crumbs
They throw in
Our empty plates.

Much Ado About School

Much Ado About School

Looking back, I realize that my time in school was wasted. According to my comparative economics class, graduates do not stand a chance against the oligarchs. Old money will just keep getting richer while the rest will keep getting poorer. Graduation does not mean a thing. I suppose Nathan Explosion has a point. When you graduate, you go back to living with your parents. There simply isn't a demand for the things we like. At a certain point, education stopped being of importance. Now all that matters are fresh, new ideas and money!!! School is the last place you will find them.

In the old days, you used to learn things in school. However, between mother curve and making money, Education has become useless. I realize that all our money's worth is to purchase the fancier diploma. There is really no difference between Yale or Miami Dade County School. Those Ivy Leagues may try to glamorize things. However, those fancy schools are nothing more than high priced social clubs. In this information era, you can practically learn anything on your own. The information is out there. Now use it. Books have more knowledge, than any teacher.

In any case, this chibi touhou anime wallpaper is 5 star worthy.

My Name is Teresita Blanco

My Name is Teresita Blanco

Ever since I came to the US, my namesake has been butchered in ways unimaginable. I am not just referring to the pronunciation of my name. That sin I can forgive. However, to be deprived of my "ita" is an abuse I will not tolerate. Everyone, both English speaking and Spanish speaking correct my name to Teresa. They imagine that the chibi version of Teresa is an error, or a fab of mine. However, I was born Teresita not Teresa. There is a damn good reason for this name. I know that most of you could care less about the sacred and divine. Plus, those of you who are spiritual imagine that naming someone after a saint is a Catholic fab; something out of religious fanatics. However, it is something that I personally take seriously. When I was born I nearly died. A prayer to Saint Teresita of Baby Jesus was what saved me. You may say that science saved me. However, have you ever been cursed to enter a regular Cuban hospital? Good medicine is reserved for tourist. I was in the pits. I own my life to this Saint. Thus, you can understand why I take my namesake so seriously. So, from now on you will call me Teresita. Not Teresa, not Tersita, not Theresa!! Got it!!!

Super Mario Bros. III Nintendo Game Review

I know that I should start with Super Mario I. However, Super Mario Bros. III was the first Super Mario Nintendo game I ever played. As a matter of fact, this was the first Nintendo game I ever played. When I was three, father argued with grandma between the purchase of a bike or a Nintendo. Gradma worried that I might get hurt while ridding the bike. Thus, we ended up with the Super Mario Bros. III. The irony is that Father ended up liking this game a bit too much. Most of the time he was the one playing and I the one watching. In those early days, he was the only one who could slay King Koopa. Whenever the final battle took place, bro and I used to go outside the house. We would watch the battle from the safety of the barred windows. It was a silly little game of ours. However, it helped to pass the time. Truly, I have very fond memories attached to this game.

5 Nintendo Games that are 5 star worthy

Ski or Die Nintendo Game Review

This was among the first Nintendo sports games that I played. I liked this one a lot. It was quite humoring to get high scores. The pity was that the records where never saved. However, for personal pride they served rather nicely. They had a lot of odd games. There was one that was a two player game. It was the going down the mountain on a round floater thingy. We only had one working controller. Thus, the computer player was always the same old Lester. My favorite event was the one of going down the mountain. While going down on skis you had to do a lot of fancy combos and jumps. I always did the best in this event. My brother was an expert in the fancy high jump. You know, you go up a ramp and then you do fancy twist and turns. Sometimes for the fun of it we used to experiment with the falls. We would keep the character with his legs spread just to see him get hurt. I know its kinda evil. However, there was nothing much to do during those days. Thus, we tried either to get the perfect jumps or the perfect falls. Either way, this game was a lot of fun. For these fond memories Ski or Die deserves 5 star rating.

Little Samson Nintendo Game Review

Among the last Nintendo games I played was Little Samson. I enjoyed this game a lot. I remember that among the hardest world's to conquer was the one of the Little Samson. There was just one great leap forward that I always failed to jump over. Anyhow, the concept of the game is pretty interesting. Four warriors brought together to fight an evil mage. Each is a representative of their respective nature world. The Dragon is of the wind. The boy from fire. The golem from earth. Lastly, the small rat from grass. I remember that one of my friends had told me that the Golem could shoot lacer beams from his eyes. I tried pressing all the imaginable combination of keys. However, the Golem did not shoot lazers from his eyes. Anyhow, each character is useful in its own field. The forms I used most often where the rat and the dragon. You get around pretty well with both. This game is extremely hard. It is important to keep an eye on HP Ups and Lifes. In any case, this old as sin game deserves 5 star rating.

Final Fantasy XIII Game Review

Well, this is my last final fantasy review for the time being. Last year, I bought Final Fantasy XIII. The storyline and the battles where peachy. My only problem is that this game was a bit straight forward. Hahahaha.  Plus, the missions in the last CD where no fun at all. I also had a problem with the terminology. The Fa Cil , the La Cil and the Docile (the last one was a joke) . Really, I felt like I was back in my choir class. I liked the storyline a lot. My only problem was that Square Enix did not have the guts to kill Sazh. I think it would have been wonderful if a game character had committed suicide. It was quite a let down when he did not. It seems Square Enix did not have the balls to do something that strange and unusual. Needless to say, the characters in this game where always close to slaying each other.

Final Fantasy XII Anime Game Review

Final Fantasy XII Anime Game Review

This is the only game where the side quest where better than the storyline. Seriously, I did not enjoy fighting the final boss. I only got to the end once. It was an experience that I hope never to repeat. Since the boss man was so far away, I had to use scarthe and holy. The problem is that those magics are too flashy. Magics combined with the gimmicks of the final boss started to create a lot of bugs. Most of the time I failed to defeat the final boss because my PS2 could not handle so many graphics. Something that I did like was the Ocuria. Their design was pretty cool. Its part of the general theme of mankind gaining independence from the deities. It has become a common theme in most Post Modern Games. It is interesting that it acknowledges other deities, but it states that we do not need their help. I have my doubts... Sigmund Freud's research proves that we are still animals.

Final Fantasy X Anime Game Review

Final Fantasy X Anime Game Review

Today, I am going to blog about Final Fantasy X. I frankly find this game to be the most depressing of the entire series of Final Fantasy games. With Sin hovering about, Final Fantasy X creates an air of doom and gloom. I liked the beginning a lot. The Bahamut kid really freaked me out the first time I saw him. You know, I did not noticed him much, until I discovered his secret identity. He had a knack for blending into the background of the flashbacks. The second time I played the game I kept my eye on him. Anyhow, the blitzball game of the "future" was really something else. A perfect way for introducing the final boss. At first I thought that Aaron was controlling Sin. However, he was just giving the signal to pick up Tidus.

Final Fantasy IX Anime Game Review

Final,Fantasy,IX

Final Fantasy IX Anime Game Review

Today, I am going to review Final Fantasy IX. This game is more of a return to the traditional Final Fantasy games. Originally, Final Fantasy was more medieval. Still, the Invincible and planet Terra are a bit more high tech. I have not played this game as much as the others. I got this game after FFX. Thus, I have not discovered everything about it. I did start a new file recently. It seems all Final Fantasy games have a lil bit of lovy dovy around the edges. Our main character, Zidane, has fallen in love with a princess. It is interesting that in this game they encourage thievery. When the main character is a thief, then it is required for you to use his abilities. In most battles, I had to load whenever I failed to get everything. It certainly helps to make the boss battles last for an eternity or two.

Final Fantasy VIII Game Review

Final Fantasy VIII Game Review

I have not played this game in a long time. Mostly, because my PS2 is so freaking old. It has problems loading up the world map. It kinda hard to win this game if you cannot get out of Ballad Garden. In any case, I bought this game after playing it over  the top at my cousin's house. The first time I played it I did really bad. I had to start a whole new file to defeat Ultimecia. I was in freaking level 100 and that crazy witch kept beating me up. It is almost impossible to defect Ultimecia without Holy Wars. I remember that in my first file, I got as far as her Final Form. You remember, My Name is Ultimecia , Time Shall Compress, All existence Denied. My Squall did not survive her second attack.

Ultimecia,final,form

At that point, I threw that file out the window. I started a new one from scratch. Now that I come to think about it, I think that was not my first File. Now, I remember! I had to start a new file because of Adel. I was in Lunatic Pandora and all the monster gave you 1 of EXP. I sorta saved right before the battle. Thus, the only way to advance was to defeat Adel. My guys where to weak to defeat this He/She witch. You know, I had a hard time believing that Adel was a chick. Seriously, dude, she was such a dude. She did not use a T-shirt because she had the pectorals of a guy on steroids. She was one strangely designed FF character. I remember one time, we put on reckless rush to try to slay the beast. Little did I know, that Reckless Rush berserk could not tell the difference between Adel and Rinoa. Oh, well... The battle across time was pretty cool.

Final,Fantasy,VIII

From all the Final Fantasy games I played, this one felt the longest. Storyline wise, a lot of things happened in this game. I like the going back in time thing. Laguna's fight song was 5 star worthy. My favorite part was the movie shooting. If I remember correctly, he was filming a movie about a princess or something. It turns out that the fake Ruby Dragon was a real Ruby Dragon. I remember that fight because it was my first game over. It was such a pain. Every bite of that thing emptied out half my HP bar. To make matters worse I could not fry him with magic or anything.

Laguna,anime,render

However, the thing that humored me the most where the GFs. This game had the most varied summoned monsters. In no other Final Fantasy game have I seen, Quetzacoalt, Doomtrain, Siren, The Brothers, Diablos, Pandemona or Eden. I have see the Tonberry King and the Jumbo Cactuar as bad guys. There was also the weirdness with Odin and Gilgamesh. For a few files I did not use either. For some stupid reason I kept overlooking Odin's ruins. I do remember getting Odin in the 4th CD. That was when I left Ultimecia's castle for the first time. It was so hard to maneuver through the forest. It was such a pain to find the Ragnarok airship. I needed to get to the Chocobo forest. However, the only portal to it was in the Malvoro forest. In all the FF games, those Malvoro have always killed me, regardless of the level.

Diablos,Guardien,Force

You know, the speech of Ultimecia Possessed Edea was also one piece of work. Her costume was wonderful. Now that I think about it, this is one of the few FF games where the final boss is a woman. Its interesting that she is considered to be the hardest FF final boss ever made. Considering what you need to slay her it is not surprising that they say so. I liked also the variety of monsters and magic. The junction system was really something else. It was ,at first, kinda hard to figure out. It took me even longer to discover the purpose of the +1 abilities. For this reason, making the best of the levels was such a pain. Eventually, I settled into using Squall to train the GF. The side effect was that the first character was the weakest and the last one was the strongest.

Final,Fantasy,8

I never liked the Zell character. I always Kamikaze him against Ultimecia. That was the fastest way to get rid of the first form of Ultimecia. The reddit people tell me that Zell has the strongest Limit Break. However, I never had the patience to get all the clicks correctly. You know, this is one of the few games where the card inner game is of importance. You need to Laguna character card to get the Holy Wars. Without them...

chibi,ff8,chocobo

The scenery of this game is pretty decent. The world map is obviously an eyesore. However, within the areas the place looks pretty cool. The best designed area is the castle of Ultimecia. You can literary get lost in that big place. My favorite room is the one with the paintings. I remember that the big painting's name was faded. When you guess it right, a monster jumps you. That is a pretty standard scenario in a Final Fantasy game.  Part of the trails of the last castle, is defeating the monsters that seal your powers. To be honest, I only remember the end clearly.

art,gallery,ff8

I spent most of the game in Disk 4. Plus, in my opinion the ending was the most memorable. Time compression is really such a pain. Its interesting how the game went in full circle. The music was simply sublime. I like best the Possession song. You remember, it was the one that played when Rinoa freed Adel in out of space. Another song that was charming was the organ music from Ultimecia's castle. I think we had to play a song to unlock an area. I think that was pretty cool. The Eyes on Me song was a real pain. I liked better the joke version. It was the one that seriously killed the mood in the Squall x Rinoa date.

However, the most creative thing I saw in the game was the Lunar Cry. In this Final Fantasy world, the monsters come from the Moon. Lunatic Pandora draws the monsters to earth when it is in a key location. I forgot what that place was called. I do remember that I did find Doomtrain in that place. Other than that, we have the Island Closes to Heaven and the Island Closes to Hell. Both places are filled with hidden Draw spots and super killer monsters. I think that is everything worth mentioning. There is a lot more to say of the game. However, I will get back to that on another blog. I suppose I should give a spoiler alert for anyone that has yet to play the game. As for me, I am just basing this review on my gaming experience. Final Fantasy VIII, is truly a 5 star worthy game. You know, I never noticed the little guy underneath Ultimecia.

Assassin's Creed III Boston Game Review

Assassin's Creed III Boston Game Review

Today,  I watched the game play of the new Assassin's Creed III Boston. In this version, the creators removed the healing from the battles. You can only heal when the enemy is not after you. I never liked these kinds of games. However, the third version looks mighty interesting. The TV guy said they perfected the AI of the characters. Those chibis even react to bad weather. The world map is 100% real. You can literal enter all the homes in Boston.

The newest assassin is half British , half Indian. He fights native style with a bow and arrows, and tomahawks. I think its pretty weird. Also, you can pick up whatever. At any time, a random person can give you a mission. You should keep an eye on the black slaves. They facilitate many of your murders. There are also a few allies available who help you avoid the British. I was wondering at first why this game was set in Boston. Then, I figured that this killer was responsible for the Boston Massacre. Hehehehe. Plus, this place was crawling with British guys.

Death,of,Achilles

Peter Paul Rubens Greek and Roman Paintings Part 3

Well, lets get this show on the road. This painting shows the death of Achilles. He had gone to the temple of Apollo to make an offering. By this time he had conquered Troy. Behind him Apollo is guiding Paris. Paris has just shot through Achilles's heel. Its pretty cool how Achilles is dying. The poison and death is spreading from the leg to the rest of the body. He has just fallen and he already has the shadow of death. The man with the flower crown is the former king of Troy. The corner Gods are Venus with her cupid and Apollo with the death serpent. This means that love has slain him. Achilles here was in the process of marrying one of Priam's daughters. Anyhow, both Gods use arrows. In the center, a fox is devouring an eagle. The witty eating the mighty. All these elements add to the intensity of this stupid way of dying. Wait, didn't Achilles defile the temple of Apollo? It seems Apollo did not forgive him for that. In any case, Peter Paul Rubens deserves 5 star rating.

London 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony

I sorta tuned in a little late to this Olympics closingceremony. It seems that they featured all the music artist from the British Invasion. The stadium was the shape of the British flag. The concert that I heard was the one of Freddy Mercury from Queens. Only the guitarist and the drummer are still alive. The singer for this concert was Jessy J. This maiden sang like a queen. They sang We will Rock you. That song was sang whenever any team started to win. I first heard it in a hockey game at my school. Anyhow, it was pretty cool.

London 2012 Olympics Rhythmic Gymnastics Final Rotation Ribbons and Hoops

Today, I am going to rate the rhythmic Gymnastics Finals Rotation. The first team I will rate is Team Russia. They did it with ribbons and hoops. They looked very pretty, with rainbow colors. They combined well all these mismatched elements. I think they did a really good job. At one point they used the ribbons to throw the rings. You had to keep looking or else miss something cool. I can see why they where the champions. This is a very young team. They say the Russians have been training this team to win. This is their first global experience. They say the Russian have a great tradition of rhythmic gymnastics. I can see why the TV chick said so. In any case, their winning routine has earned this dream team 5 star rating.

London 2012 Rhythmic Gymnastics Finals First Rotation with Balls

I watched a few days ago the Gymnastics Rhythmic finals. It was the first time I ever saw this event. The first team that I saw was the Russians Team. They had interesting formations and lifts. Well, I am getting this comment from the TV woman. This event is 100% of women.  I can't imagine a guy doing this event. To be honest, it would humor me a bit. Anyhow, all the Russian maidens seemed to be doing ballet on the field. They kept throwing those toy balls all over the place. They got bonus points whenever they caught the small ball with anything other, than their hands. Whats funny is that the lady commentator refused to say ball. Everyone could tell that the maidens where throwing balls all over the place. The TV chick called it equipment. Hehehehe. I don't know why that made me laugh. Its like there was an anathema for saying the word ball. Grown ups are so stupid sometimes. In any case, the Russian chicks where awesome. These slim ballerinas deserve 5 star rating for their First Rotation.

Goosebumps and Fear Street Book Series by R.L. Stine Review

Looking back on my early reading years, I always split my time between Ramona and Goosebumps. I must say, with the minds eyes of a child, Goosebumps never gave me Goosebumps. They did kill a lot of time and a lot of people. This was the second children book series that I read on a regular basis. They had a decent collection in Jack D. Gordon. Its funny, I can only remember the first book of Goosebumps that I ever read. It was about a green Goo monster. Saying it out loud, I realize that it is the stupidest thing I ever read. However, for a kids book it was not half bad.

Much ado about the Ramona series by Beverly Clearly

When I first came to the US, I did not understand a single word of English. My traumatic school experience in Cuba had turned me into an isolated child. I arrived in the 4th grade, to Jack D. Gordon. To no avail, I refused to socialize with the other children. In my solitude, I discovered Ramona the Pest. This was the first book that I read of the Ramona series. I read them all up to the one where Ramona gets a baby sister. I read those books in Spanish. It came with little pictures too. Well, the book was originally written in English. It was so popular that it got translated into all world languages.

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson Book Review

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson Book Review

This book is about the nature of Good and Evil. Dr. Jekyll wanted to experiment with the nature of the soul. Thus, he created a potion to isolate the evil inside him. Thus, Mr. Hyde was born. It is interesting that Mr. Hyde was younger than Dr. Jekyll. He figured that his evil had not aged much because he was rarely bad. Thus, he decided to mature his evil side. This book ended up kinda messed up around the edges. It almost seemed like Dr. Jekyll was a dotering old father to Mr. Hyde. He wanted to turn his dark side good. The book itself is seen from the point of view of an outsider. A man who met Mr. Hyde decided to uncover his mystery. As a joke, he called himself Mr. Seek. It works pretty well for a mystery science fiction novel. Well, this novel is the only good book ever written by Stevenson. The ending is kinda depressing ,but still good. In any case, this novel deserves 5 star rating.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame by Victor Hugo book Review

This book is super depressing and hilarious. It is always hovering between the comedy and tragedy. I sometimes wonder how it was even made into a kids movies. That Disney must have had a loose screw or two. Anyhow, the kid's movie hardly bears any semblance to the book. La Esmeralda is actually a 15 year old teenage darling. Claude Frollo is only 35 years old. Lastly, Quasimodo is deaf. Working with the bells made him deaf. He liked the fat bell because it was the only one he could hear. You know, the problem with this book was the time and date that it was written. During the Romanticist period, the publicist paid more money for thicker books. Thus, there was the incentive to make stories ridiculously long, via fillers.
