Books Review: The Complete Fashion Sourcebook by John Peacock

Part of my many hobbies includes reading random art books. During my search for good art book to read, I discovered this book. The Complete Fashion Sourcebook by John Peacock gives us sample illustrations of fashion between the 1920s and 1980s. Each time period has a little introduction about the fashion of the time. From then on, he shows us some sample attires based on the time of day or usage. They range from day, night, wedding, leisure and night dresses. From time to time, he takes time to illustrate fashion accessories.

From time to time, you have one of those perfect Miami Beach Spring Days. That days was on May 22 2011. The heat was just right. Plus, there was a lot of wind. The place was literally full of beach goers. As usual, I took the time to take some random tourist photos. You know, photos of tourist. The first featured photo focuses on this cute couple. Both the tattooed stud and his girl were taking a photo. As you know, I do so love taking photos of people taking photos. In any case, this photograph deserves 5 stars rating. I certainly hope that you like them a lot.

As usual, I built my photography blogs around a certain date. Interesting enough, in certain days, I only take photos around a certain theme. Pretty convenient, if you ask me. Then again, you won't...  Like most of you may not know, I like taking photos during rainy days. The reflections on the black pavement usually looks pretty cool. Above, we have one of such photos. This one was taken from within my balcony. I rarely go out to the balcony, or anywhere in general. Anyhow, on that day it was raining with the sun outside. I thought it was the perfect chance to take some pretty decent photos. It seems that I was right. Truly, this amassing photo deserves 5 stars rating.

The above anime wallpaper is about a book. Like all knights tale, there is a damsel in distress. It is up to the super pumped up knight to protect the lady. As such, we have this hot pair. In any case, this lovely anime wallpaper of Genzoman deserves 5 stars rating.

In this anime wallpaper, we see Batman. He looks very cool with the rain and the wind. For a background, we have the Gotham city lights. He is the perfect super hero for such a creepy city. In any case, Genzoman deserves 5 stars rating.

In this next anime wallpaper, we see a very hot, very ecchi looking Cannon Girl. As such, she has a cannon and she is a girl. Kinda straight forward, if you think about it. The scenery is an army place. 5 stars for Genzoman, by the way.

 Diego Velazquez 5 stars worthy Portraits

Diego Velazquez made his painting career as a court painter. In his early years, he distinguished himself for his genra paintings. That was a type of painting theme that focused on the poor. Once he made a name for himself, some influential friends helped him become the court painter of Phillip IV. Above, we see Velazquez's earliest painting. It is simply a profile of a man. Usually, such profiles were painted with the sitter in a stoic expression. Velazquez choose to have his character with a surprised expression. Thus, this early portrait was full of both realism and emotion. It is interesting to note that his style bear semblance to Caravaggio's realism. Then again, almost all baroque artist drew "inspiration" from the infamous Caravaggio. In any case, this pretty painting has earned Diego Velazquez 5 stars rating.

This portrait is quite original. Here the sculptor is sculpting a person out of the background. This is pretty original for the Baroque time period. The face of the artist is realistic. One gets a good view of his character. In any case, Diego Velazquez deserves 5 stars rating for this lovely portrait.

There is like a million high school Romances anime shows. Well, the whole teen drama thing sells very well world wide. Following this trend, we have this new anime show called Sakurasou no pet na Kanojo. Even though this anime show is a romance, it has a very weird way of going about it. The main character is an anime boy by the name of Kanda Sorata. He is in his second year of high school. Ever since Sorata was a little boy he always wanted a pet. One day, he sneaks a cat into his dorm. The meows and the smell alert the house keepers of the presence of that unwanted gueast.

smiles the demoness’s fumes;

A smile of tyrants,

A smile of the other side.

I slowly come to realize

As I gaze in the mirror,

That this is my life,

My personal malice.

Yet, I failed to notice,

There is no one standing…

I know that this is sorta a cliche,  but here are my poems. I been writing them ever since middle school. In the early days, writing poems was an excessive in futility. However, as time passed they got a lil bit better. I am not a sonnet person (so don't worry). I will publish them in chronological order. So, the first will be a bit odd and the rest a lil better. I edited most of them and I will not bother adding those that are not 5 star worthy. I think my poems are 5 star worthy!! How about you? Ah!! Who cares? This is my blog!! Aside from his Prohibited Series, Malefic is among Luis Royo's most popular  work. From the entire series I chose 12 that I though were really good. This album chronicles good vs evil. You know, standard hot and creepy around the edges.So, sit back and enjoy the show.

The first runner up is bat girl. Royo has devoted a lot of attention to this hot marvel character. Can't blame him... From all the female marvel super heroes Bat girl is among my favorite. Then again, I always liked the Witch blade best... whatever. Here Bat Girl is being creepy in a ledge. Bats are following her around. You can see a bit of the creepy Gotham environment. She seems to be emanating a weird purple light. In any case, this pretty marvel girl deserves 5 star rating.

Rezi is truly a wonderful mangaka artist. Her artwork is beyond comparison. Truly she is great. Just look above this one lovely rezi anime wallpaper. it seems like these two girls are mother and daughter. this is noticed by their identical posture and similar expression. the mother is hotter , though the daughter is a bit reserved. both deserve a nice 5 star fury rating.

His subject matter range from mythology to anime characters of Biblical proportions. His wallpapers range from educated topics to pop art wallpapers. The first anime wallpaper is that of the pirate girl by the name of Anne Dieu Le Veut. She looks ever so freaking awesome. This anime girl has her fine giant swords. She looks ever so awesome. Genzoman deserves a nice 5 star fury rating.

This anime artist is one of my personal favorite. she has made many of the fairy wallpapers that I do so very much adorable. Her wizard girls are also sublime. She is a shinning star in a sea of terrible anime wallpapers. Her wallpapers rise above all else in expertise and original creations. Above we have my personal favorite of Patipat's works. This is a fairy who has her pretty wings broken. This dying anime fairy created by Patipat deserves a nice 5 star anime kida rating.

Here we have three cute anime bunny girls. the colors red are sublime and well contrasted by the light pink colors. This wonderful anime artist deserves a nice 5 star rating.
